09/12/11 Loveurope L&aposOreal Campaign Portal

As part of the existing Loveurope WIP Studio system, WIP have developed a bespoke client portal for the McCanns L’Oreal Campaign Management team to streamline estimate review and approval procedures. This new feature (amongst others) incorporates such functionality as fast track review of assets via mobile devices.

21/10/11 VCCP Studio Upgrade

Having used WIP Studio for the past 8 years, VCCP have launched WIP Systems latest version of the WIP Studio solution to help facilitate the fast changing environment of a modern Production and Design Studio. This latest version of WIP Studio includes functionality such as a multi-currency and ratecard support with User operational / profitability management.

05/08/11 Gutenberg Networks Status Solution

WIP systems are pleased to announce the roll out of our WIP Status solution for Gutenberg Networks. This simple to use solution enables Creative Services personnel and Production staff to monitor and manage key milestone information during the lifecycle of a project. The solution provides a number of real time automated alerts as well as Client and Brief KPI reporting.

In addition to rolling out WIP Status, WIP have also integrated the system with the existing Gutenberg Networks Studio solution to enable shared project status information from multiple sites. This has dramatically improved the information flow with real time project status and management of campaigns across various medias.

08/07/11 King Henry BMB Studio

King Henry have recently launched the WIP Studio system to manage the Studio workflow at their new site at BMB. This latest launch compliments the successful roll out over the past year of two other King Henry studio sites.

03/06/11 Karmarama rollout WIP Studio and Status

WIP will be rolling out the WIP Status solution for Karmarama who are based in Hammersmith London. Karmarama users will now be able to view up to the minute job status information, assign key personnel to jobs, and report against client activity.
